MINIMUM CERTIFICATION: ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER

Cozumel boasts diverse dive sites, featuring everything from vibrant coral reefs to shipwrecks and underwater caves. Scuba divers can immerse themselves in a world of coral formations and encounter a rich array of marine life. Diving in Cozumel can be enjoyed by divers of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Let us curate your diving experience in this extraordinary destination!

There are two ways to dive Cozumel coming from Playa del Carmen, depending on your preferences:

  • Via ferry: Early morning we meet at Playa del Carmen’s ferry station to take the ferry to Cozumel. Upon arrival, we take a taxi to Fonatur Marina for the boat that will take us to the dive spots located in Cozumel Marine Park. Once we return from the dives, we take a taxi to go back downtown, where you can choose to stay and explore Cozumel (recommended!) or head back to Playa del Carmen via ferry.
  • Via speed boat: Do you prefer a later start and not touching the ground on Cozumel? Then let’s meet at Cocobeach where, with our equipment ready, we jump onto the boat and go straight to the dive spots located in Cozumel Marine Park. After completing both dives, we return directly to Playa del Carmen.
  • All year! The temperature keeps constant throughout the year and only gets a little colder in the winter (don’t worry, we’ll provide suitable wetsuits to keep you comfortable).
  • 27ºC- 29ºC (81ºF-84Fº)
