Have you caught the bug for joining the dark side of the cenotes? This would be the first step and one of the most demanding courses for entering overhead environments. Following this, you should continue your training with the «Intro to Cave» and «Full Cave» courses.

In the cavern zone, where you’ll be between light and dark, you’ll learn about reel line work, navigation, positioning, and emergency management skills.

By the end of the course, you’ll improve your buoyancy, trim, and precision control during your dives following the next points:

• Natural daylight must be visible at all times
• Max penetration from surface: 200ft/60m
• Maximum depth: 130ft/40m
•  Single and continuous guideline is used.
• No decompression
• No restrictions
• Penetration limited to 1/6 in double tanks.

  • Student manual
  • In-person theory classes
  • Cenote entrances fees and/or boat fees
  • Full equipment (Back or Side Mount Rig)
  • Certification fee

Minimum 3 days, depending of your student development and skills. When you book your course, you will get access to your eLearning course to study the theory before we start the training.
